How It Works
Booking is easy! You can call us, email us or text us! Yes, we text!!! We recommend you use our website to view our catalog and begin selecting items you wish to rent. All of our prices are clearly posted, so there is no need to "Get a Quote" or speak to a salesperson to get a price for an item if you do not wish to.
Linen
We offer over 40 different Tablecloth, Napkin and Chair Sash Colors and three different Chair Cover Colors. In the photo section of our linens, we include a color swatch to choose what color is perfect for you. While viewing our linens, we have included basic colors in the dropdown box as an option. If you do not see your desired linen color in the dropdown box, then choose the "Other" option in the dropdown box and click "Add to cart" and be sure you indicate the linen color you desire at checkout where you will see an option for Linen Colors. Here you can type in your colors. An example of what to type is:

If you chose a color that was already in the dropdown box, then there is no need to do this step. Please place linens in the bags provided when finished and ensure there are no objects inside the linen (such as forks, pieces of food e.c.t.).
Booking
We currently only offer delivery. Customer Pickups and Dropoffs are not available at this time. Once you add an item to your cart, it will prompt you to select a rental period for a "Pickup" (delivery) date and time and a "Return" date and time. You can also click on your shopping cart anytime to alter your rental dates. Typical rentals are 1 day but you can choose to rent for longer if you wish. Once you have your cart full and decide to checkout, it will ask if you want to make an account with AllSet Rentals or continue as a guest. We recommend making an account so we can track all of your different rental occasions for easier recommendations and notification of discounts! However, you do not need to create an account to book with us.
Rental Protection Plan (RPP)
A 10% damage protection charge will automatically be added to your invoice (unless specifically declined before delivery via email request to [email protected]). Damage protection will cover the first $150.00 of broken or damaged equipment and 50% of any additional damage or breakage. The remaining 50% will be the customers responsibility. If the damage protection is declined, the customer is responsible for the full cost of replacement and/or fixing of the equipment. The damage protection option is not insurance and does not cover the following: Rental items not returned, Theft, Damage resulting from vandalism, damage resulting from failure to secure rental items or exceeding the rated capacity of the rented items or any damage due to weather. If the Rental Protection Plan (RPP) is declined, the renter will pay the full retail replacement cost of the damaged items.
Payment
Once you complete checkout, you will receive an email that we have your order and will begin processing it. We will then e-mail you a payment link for 25% of your total amount due. This 25% deposit is required in order to confirm your booking and reserve your rental dates and equipment. 7 Days prior to the scheduled date of rental, you will receive another email with a payment link for your remainder balance due. Any bookings made less than 7 days in advance will require full payment at the time of booking.
Delivery and Pickup
We typically deliver and pickup in the morning between 8am and 12pm, so while selecting your rental times, you will only see options between those timeframes. Please allow a 0-3 day window prior to your selected hour timeframe to allow for delivery. Based on the size of your tent and order dictates how far in advance we will need to setup. Approximately 1 week before your event date, we will notify you of a specific day and time. Please allow a 2 hour window for the set time of delivery. If you need an exact time delivery or delivery outside of the timeframe, please email, text or call us, if we can accommodate you on that specific day then we will be more than happy to change the times. Please keep in mind, some exact time or outside delivery time deliveries may incur a fee if it affects operations dramatically. Most of the time we work to avoid this. If your event is at a venue, please make them familiar with the pickup date and time scheduled as soon as your order is booked so they are aware the equipment will be left at their venue overnight (Tent Rentals are 1 whole day rentals and are not typically delivered, setup and disassembled and picked on the same day). Tents and other equipment will not be disassembled and picked up at night time unless previously agreed to and will incur a fee.
When we arrive at your location, please be ready to receive the equipment and have the area for tent setup location ready to go (clear of furniture, rubbish, yard décor or other items that would need to be moved. Ensure that the landscape is not overgrown in the area the tent will be.
When your event is finished, please fold, stack and cover all chairs and tables neatly the way they were upon initial delivery and place all linens in the bags provided and store everything underneath the tent to ensure it stays dry. Place all equipment underneath the tent. Please do not attempt to disassemble the tent. We will do this when we arrive for pickup.
Assembly and Setup
We will deliver and setup all tents in the desired location. We will also disassemble all tents during pickup. Please have the tent location ready and marked to avoid confusion. Please allow a few feet extra for the tent footprint so we can install it safely. Ex. You ordered a 20'X20' Tent. Please have a 24'X24' floorspace ready to receive the tent.
Chairs and Tables will be will be dropped off under the tent stacked together and will not be setup by us unless a specific diagram of the tables and chairs location was provided to us 1 month prior to the day of delivery. Once the tables and chairs are placed, they will not be moved or re altered by us.
If the tent is being installed on an asphalt driveway, or any surface that is not dirt/grass, please notify AllSet Rentals at the time of the initial booking and understand this requires weights and/or holes to be drilled at the base of every tent leg through the concrete or asphalt. AllSet Rentals will drill the holes if needed and stakes will be driven into the hole, through the pavement and down into the ground underneath to secure the tent. When it is time for disassembly, the stakes will be pulled and the holes will be plugged to the best of our ability. Any tent setup that requires weights or drilling will incur a fee calculated by AllSet Rentals based on the equipment and time needed to secure the tent safely.
Please notify us at the time of booking if the tent is not being installed on grass/dirt.
